Our History
Early Career & Construction Ventures
Naeem Ur Rehman Ghuman began his career in 1984 in the construction field, quickly establishing himself as a leader in the industry. In 1995, he managed the largest Ford Tractors dealership in Asia, maintaining top performance for a decade.
Major Achievements
From 2000 to 2017, Naeem served as Managing Director of Green City at Barki Road, Lahore, turning it into a reputable housing society. In 2004, he launched Imperial Homes at Paragon City, Lahore, where his leadership transformed it into a benchmark for modern living in Pakistan. As Chief Executive, he excelled in land acquisition, development design, financial forecasting, and contract management.
Corporate and Project Leadership
Between 2014 and 2016, Naeem was a Corporate Consultant at AC Nielsen, managing corporate affairs and strategies. In 2017, he joined BSM Developers as Project Director, overseeing Gwadar Golf City and New Metro City, Kharian. His strategic vision for Gwadar Golf City aimed to support the CPEC initiative, while New Metro City was designed to meet modern residential needs.
Advisory Roles
Since 2018, Naeem has been a Consultant and Advisor to the Chairman of Bahria Town, providing strategic guidance for projects across Pakistan.
Trade Leadership
As the Founder and General Secretary of All Pakistan Qaumi Tajir Ittehad (2000-2007), Naeem addressed traders' issues and promoted healthy trade activities through effective communication with government authorities.
Current Focus and Vision
Currently, Naeem is focused on the hospitality sector, with hoteling and apartment rental ventures in Pakistan, Azerbaijan as well as in Dubai. Leveraging his extensive experience from Dubai's hotel industry, he aims to set new standards in both Baku and Pakistan. His joint ventures include MACS and an airplane service company, offering exceptional chartered airplane services.
